What in the heck is that supposed to mingy?
Like, does it mean the message be delivered to the phone, or did the personage read it?
Answers: if its to a verizon customer it will change color once it is read. it will run from black to green. if its to any other carrier it will stay black. it simply lets u know that it be delivered.
