The service is good. you can up up to 10 email address on it plus a blackberry email, instant messanger, blackberry messanger, memo wipe, music player, video player, pics, you name it it have it. I'm a blackberry head to originate with but this one is so much sexier lol. Hope that help

Pearl Pros - Comes in a choice of nice colors. Slim and sleek design.
Pearl Cons - QWERTY keypad with two parcels per key can go and get REALLY annoying. You might as well simply have a regular keypad for that.
