well my friend u sure ca format ur phone the procedure is as follows follow it carefully
if u want to format it completly then follow the followoing procedure
first the green button use for accepting calls.
second the * key there on the keypad.
third the number 3 in ur keypad.
and finally the ON/OFF button on the top.
press and hold untill the phones starts by itself. it will take some more time to start in this way and remove ur memory card and do it.
NOTE: all the phone memory will cleared and ur phone will be as new.
OR
well u can get the factory setting by typing
*#7370#
then it will ask for
SECURITY CODE
if u have not given any secuity code then type
12345
it will restart and it will free all ur phone memory.
I don't think you could formatt the phone memory of the Nokia 6600..
You can formatt the MMC card, but I think not the phone memory. This what you can do.. Delete the applications that you think you don't want or need, then reformat the phone.. aka Restore factory settings..
