T-Mobile contract renewals. What's on set aside? (from website or contact centre)?

I'm just over 2 months away from my contract climax.

Phone is a Sony Ericcson W810i.

I'm on the 18 month lb25 Flext contract, but my average bill is about lb30 to lb35 a month, the topmost bill has however be lb75 and a few others around the lb40 mark.

Just wondering what may be on submit on the website in expressions of the package and phones on tender and if the contact centre can do any better than the website. Cheers.

I would suggest going to t-mobile.co.uk and see whats there or better still ring the upgrade department!
or try e2save,cpw.co.uk,onestopphones... theres loads more on Google.com, yes they probably can do better and a different earpiece phone too. Is this your first contract ? you don't seem to know how these things work, and t-mobile should or ring by now, if you don't approaching latest offer just move and rob your number with you, you obligation a pac code to do this, takes something like 5 days, but from 2008, its gonna be 2 hours.
