Answers: You can download internet settings for most Sony Ericsson phones from their website. Go to support, phone setup, afterwards follow the instructions. It even works for network 3 (though I never can achieve mms to work that way).
Failing that, just ring the helpline of the network you're beside and they should be able to distribute you the settings over the air. They should explain adjectives you need to do and it's rather easy
