Depending on what phone you have, if you can connect your phone to your computer later you should be able to drag and drop the ringtones from your computer onto your phone.

resourcefully, a free and easy passageway would be to have someone beside a bluetooth headset bluetooth them over to you.. Whatever songs they have on their phone (that aren't locked) they can't transport over to you through bluetooth! Works great.. and Free.. can't go wrong ;-)
