Although our cell phones work in town, since the storm finishing week we have not have cell service at our house (15 miles from town). Looked for a way to report this problem online (Verizon Wireless), but didn't see a route to report having no service within our area (which is rural, but we own always be able to use the cell from here). Any suggestions?
