Nope, sorry. Different technology are used in the Sprint framework as compared to Tmobile. Besides that, you can't Legally switch carriers on phones that are "branded".

No you can't. tmobile uses gsm but sprint cdma, so no luck in attendance. You can go from tmobile to att/cingular though.
Not possible. T-mobile uses GSM technology (they use sim cards in their phones) and Sprint uses CDMA technology (they don't use sim cards within their phones). So you can't mix and match the two.

Also, if you be to get a sidekick unlocked and use it on another owner that uses GSM technology (like Cingular), you wouldn't be able to use the internet on the sidekick because the internet go through T-Mobile. So all you'd hold is a normal cell phone.
