My sister's and I cell phones are different carrier but both read aloud lattice is down. What's wrong?
I have Virgin Mobile and my sister uses Verizon, both of us use prepay. Last dark I re-activated my phone on the internet, and she has be trying to activate hers today, but I own to look at her account on the phone. When I try to check her depiction and look to check my balance, both phones read aloud the network is down. I've tried walking a flawless 200 feet or so away from my house to see if that be the problem, but it didn't work. Anybody have a clue what's up here?

If you are both at like house then regardless of what carter you have you will both be working sour of the same cell tower. It may only just be that they are working on that tower or something happened to it. Have you go anywhere like away from house (more than only just in your courtyard or down the street) if you have and it still doesnt work, i would call upon virgin.

if they are in like place they will get signals from like peas in a pod tower.. so its the tower.. try going to a different place other than your house that you reflect on might use a different tower and try it again.. if not.. contact your provider (virgin , verizon)
