iphone is licensed by Apple to A.T.&T. If Kuwait have no A.T. &T. service in that country, the answer is never unless the service is provided surrounded by the future by contract near a local provider and contracted through A.T.&T. iphone is extremely exclusive and is useless in much of the USA because of the poor coverage of A.T.&T. They enjoy a problem providing service here in the states permit alone Kuwait! For the time being, forget it!
