Cell phone problems?

my friend's new cell phone samsung x540, but it seems like the bluetooth can't allow file transfer- how do we fix that? and i don't know where i can download tunes for it. someone plz help!

Make sure that the bluetooth is on (both phone's). Get your file and do a send to via bluetooth. Search for devices on your phone and add your friend's phone device when it picks it up. Now select this receiving device and send. On the receiving side you must allow the transfer. Also make sure that there is enough space on the receiving side. For tunes downloads you can phone your service provider for information (brochures or Internet sites).
