When I call someone next to my new v3xx it sounds really low. The bass is only just really low or something. Right now its using creep if that could have anything to do next to it.

If you turn up the volume it should be fine. There should be something on the side of the phone that you can press up and it will turn up the volume. If that does not work, the phone might just enjoy a low volume. If there is nil wrong with it, I give attention to you are stuck with it.
