Per remunerated phone for parents?

My parents don't have a cell phone. But I could endow with one for emergencies. How do they work? $20 FOR A 60 MIN CARD.
So you capture a phone and card for 20? Thenwill it last untill the 60 min are gone? approaching years?
Do they work on gsm or cdma?

depending on the network you choose. the Verizon see has a hot plan for 65 plus for the elderly, and for two lines you have 450 min to share for 59.99 a month, beside unlimited nights/weekend/mobile2mobile and they also just come out with this special phone that it's special for elderly, it have a big display and 911 button and 3 emergency num at a very affordable price...also they hold another option for a pre-pay plan call the Inpulse, which is no credit check, and no contract, the cheapest one .99 cents per daily usage, and contained by addition you can buy minutes, and respectively minute is .10 cents, and the if the minutes aren't they roll over to the next month, they alter $15 to 150$, it's whatever you want to put surrounded by..
