Is someone call me on a restricted number can I trace it or phone it rear legs on a cell phone?
Answers: Not sure what a restricted number is, but as long as you have the number you can ring with a cell phone. However, if you are calling to find out who it is, you may want to put *67 contained by front of the number like so: *671(555)555-5555 so that that soul doesn't know who you are... Now if they called you, and the number showed up as "Unknown..." afterwards you can't trace it back.
