I cogitate this is the price point that people own been waiting for. Look at what one and only a $100.00 price drop for the PS3 did for it.
"They" are saying that prior to the price drop apple be selling around 9,000 phones. Now they are selling 27,000 a day. Its crossed the one million fleck and last month sold more phones after all other smart phones combined.
You can see the antidocial evidence here. Just look at how various more "I'm getting an iPhone..." questions hold popped up since the drop.
I have little doubt that this is the price point that apple is planning on carring through the holiday season. After that in that may be a possibility but I still think this is the price point they'll stick next to until a new one hits.

i personally dont deliberate they would.
because apple needs time to re-assess their sale before dropping prices.. 1 month is too short of a time span to determine if consumers are not buying it because of its sticker price.
however, u know how technology is. maybe 4-5 months from in a minute they would release a new i-phone.. one near more features, or one that is cheaper..

but i certainly hope they do drop the price. $299 for a 20gb would be cool. haha. i option.
AT&T stopped sending customers 100 page statements. It saves $10 for respectively month. $240 for 2 years. $50 for Mail-In rebates? Not discouraging for them.
