How much does an EnV costs if I upgrade my phone previously my contract is up?

My birthday is coming up and I really want a new phone. I am pretty sure that the contract is not up but and also I have the Samsung SCH-a870, which is a crappy phone. I want the EnV but I enjoy no idea how much that would cost if my contract is not up.

The phone is rather expensive on its own. Though your "new every two" might not be up even so, you might qualify for a discount after 1 year is up. Also, purchasing online is the best becuase you dont pay for shipping (you will reimburse tax) and you dont have to business deal with e-mail in rebate - they take attention of that online! if you do upgrade your phone though, you will be signing on to another 2 year contract

About $500. Or you can pay the hasty termination charge of $200 and sign a contract with another company. If it's worth that much to you, specifically. Put you Samsung on ebay to offset the cost. I would save the crappy phone until your contract expires, personally. Companies overprice the phones purposeful as a deterrent for you breaking the contract.
