Does any1 know how to unlock a Motorola A1000?

i got it ages ago near 3 and its just be in my draw but immediately i need it as my phone have broken and cant afford a new one i want to find it unlocked so i can use my current sim but i refuse to foot to get it unlocked as i rewarded extra to get the motorola when i get the contract 2 years ago can any1 please help gratefulness
