Windows Live (MSN) Messanger on mobile phones?

I know some people hold MSN or Windows Live on their cell phone and I wanted to also since immediately I'm not allowed online seriously since my brother is hogging it. How can I get my Windows Live on my phone? And when it's on my phone will my number be displayed? Is it compatible on my phone which is a motorola GSM C261-4? I can file on it so can it go on my phone?
