If I found a helio phone and wanted it turned on contained by my name can I? Or are adjectives of them registered.(like to who ever had it earlier I found it)Can I just travel to my closest Retailer and have it turned on?(get a plan contained by my name)
Answers: You can take it contained by and have them check the serial number on it. This should share them the phone's status.
If you are able to use it, you should know how to get a plan surrounded by your name. The phone have to be clear of any contracts though.
