I'm wanting to get texting for my ATT phone but it have something about "offnet usage" and my depiction being terminated. I enjoy no idea whatt this medium and I don't want my account to be terminated.

Offnet usage = you are using a network excluding AT&T own network, this can come to pass when you are in a nouns that AT&T doesn't provide service, so AT&T sign roaming agreement with other delivery service so they are providing service for you not AT&T, and AT&T have to compensate those carrier for the service you used.
Yes your service will be terminated if you hold too many "offnet usage".
