How do I obtain phone company to drop service charge?
I get paperless bills and own been swamped near e-mails recently so I missed it. I've be with T-Mobile for 5 years presently and they've really treated me badly at times (I in truth had to bring back a land stripe for a year because of supposed reception problems that ended up mortal a known problem beside my type of phone which they conveniently did not mention until after my warranty ended, repeated problems beside dropped calls and poor reception). This one is in truth my fault but it's a few days behind schedule and they tacked on a $50 charge for a $50 bill which seems more than a bit impossible. How do I get them to drop it. I enjoy yet to telephone them.
Answers: You have to call for and complain. Sometimes the customer service representative will say that within is nothing they can do. If this happen, ask to speak with his or her official or supervisor.
