My 2 year contract is going to be up on October 24th. My family and I went to Wal-Mart and looked at my option and I decided that I liked the features and look of the Ericsson the best.
Does anybody hold one or know anybody that has one? Are there any big fault or complaints about this phone? I don't want the phone I'm stuck with for the subsequent 2 years to be total junk.

Answers: That device has a certain defect from the manufacturer that the key on the keypad break frequently. I work in Tech Support and Warranty Dept and this has to be one of the top devices that we own to replace. It also has issues with not sending deed messages and we have to do master reset to get them working again and sometimes ending up having to replace the device for this as well.
