Can an I-touch recieve internet?

I was wondering if an I-touch can receive internet, some sort of a plan to create and pay for? I know I can soar on to wireless internet around me for free.but is there anyway to pay so I can win the internet from anywhere?

no, i dont think so... you can only use wi-fi

The phone i currently own let's me..

no because its not similar to an i-phone, its just an ipod that you can touch.LL
