Can you use a calling Card on a cell phone?

I mean can you use a local airtime calling card, not an international one, to call some one so they don't use up their minutes? I s within any way to assure someone won't go over their minute on the plan or something? Thanks

Answers:
No, every mover will just see it as minutes of use. Calling cards require you to call a third shindig number to use them, which means you are still making a billed call, unless you are stale peak, then it doesn't issue.
