How do i find out if i hold insurance for my Verizon phone?
i bought and enV a while back and the front screen broke and im not sure if i hold insurance for it and can get a new one. my friend said they only just give you and env2. anyway, i dont know if i have insurance or not. how do i find out?
Answers: you can any look at your bill and see if you have the insurance feature of any 4.99 or 5.99 on your line( can do this on vzw.com too if you don't know where your paper bill is) or can call for 800 922 0204 and ask if the insurace feature is on the line,
