How do you receive rid of the BEEP nouns when CD using Sony Ericsson w580i?

I want to record a ring tone, and I /have/ done it before, but I can't come across to do it again.

When I record something, and when I play back, I hear that annoying BEEP nouns. Seriously now, that totally kills my ringtone's appeal. So please, please, please, can someone enlighten me how to get rid of it.
