u can only make a claim if ur phone is insured but if im honest its a waist of time, a couple months wager on i lost my phone on a night out in town made a claim and they said cos the opening i lost it is classed as neglect there not guna reward out, i even didnt tel them i lostg it on a night out i told them i lost it while shopping but stil nothing...also when u overrun out a claim form which ul have to do u have to dispatch a check for 50quid and if they dont pay outm u get it subsidise but i had to remind them twice that i needed my money back, so i would product up a really good story as to how u loat ur phone otherwise they wont pay up, i would in actual fact say it was stollen fairly than lost

I have a nightmare with them!
You have to acquire a police crime reference number WITHIN 24 hours of the phone being lost / stolen - any longer, and they won't adopt your claim.
To do this, call your local non emergency police phone number and tell them adjectives the details. They will then tell you your crime insinuation number. Then phone Orange and tell them whats happened. They will afterwards send you out a new phone and sim card.

Hi, it isnt a difficult process to make a claim or to report it. Just a couple of points:
1. Do you have Orange Care as your insurance? If you do, you do not enjoy to send a cheque for lb50, as the terms and conditions state for every successful claim, a lb15 admin payment will be charge and this will go onto your next bill.
2. When did you lose it? Have you reported it to Orange already as lost as you are liable for ALL charges up until the time you do this.
3. Don't label a false claim as has been suggested as this is fraud. Good luck.

If you've get Orange Care, you should get a new one by courier subsequent day, subject to claim being official and a possible lb15 excess fee.

If you haven't you'll have to pay packet list price for a new phone, so it's probably easier to go to an orange shop and buy a unsullied one there.
