How to Put Songs on my Verizon Voyager using the Sandisk 1Gb Memory Card?

Hi, i just got the verizon voyager, and i also recevied the 1Gb Sandisk Memory Card, how do i put songs on my phone using any Itunes, or limewire, or some other program? thank u

download the free software from verizonwireless.com/music

on your phone:
