Answers: The Sidekick doesn't really enjoy a faceplate it has a housing assembly that holds the phone together. Useless your a tech or experienced at taking electronics apart, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. I work on them ocassionally and hold had several customers transport their Sidekicks to me broken because they tried taking them apart themselves. Good Luck!
