How to upgrade software on enV2 lacking taking it to the verizon wireless store?

You will first own to go into your menu, then click the settings statue and scroll down to the bottom and click on where it says phone info. afterwards click software update.

I believe you move about to settings and go all the opening to the bottom (or some where around there) and it will say update software and it let you update your phone over the air. I hope that helps.
There is no way to upgrade the software on your own. You must take it into a store.
