I bought the modern sony ericsson t303 but in a minute it wont turn on.?

I bought it from Argos and they don't do refunds on certain products, this phone anyone one of those that they don't refund.I love this little phone,only have it like 2 days now and it is not turning on,I'm pressing the on/off button but nothings going on,I fully charged it yesterday as well so I know its not battery unresponsive so what can be wrong with it?

They should do a refund or at lowest possible replace it if it's a factory defect, which it sounds like it is.

pinch the battery out, take the sim card out, rub the battery-operated and sim card in your clothes or a cloth for 2 seconds, put them subsidise on if it doesnt start then take it put money on and show them it doesnt turn on and they may have sold you a faulty customer return product. you can exchange it if they dont reimbursement.
