use a house phone like a cell phone?
my cell phone isnt working and i want to go purloin care of my horse but i dont have anyway to achieve a hold of anyone when i want a ride home.
so cant i just bring my house phone to the barn and use it like a cell phone?

it would depend on how far you are from the barn check your papers that came with your phone and check how far it will stir.Just try testing the phone by putting the phone in the barn and enjoy some one call you.Or put the phone in the barn and hit the page button surrounded by the house see if you can hear the sound from the barn.good luck and hope things work out for you. It really depends on the collection of your cordless phone most only have a field of 50-100 yards my cordless phone that I had would just work going 25 feet
No the phone have to be in distance of the house phones base. So you would lose signal after walking away from the house
