Is it possible to block someone from texting/calling me on my cell?

I have an insane ex boyfriend that has call me 113 times, texted 58, and left 31 voice mails contained by the past HOUR.
This has be going on all day, but he must hold gotten lonely the past hour or so.

I'm kinda sick of this..Is there anyway to block him from calling me and texting me?

Some cell phone providers have a service explicitly about $5 a month where you can block numbers and control how several minutes are used on each phone line, etc. Call ATT and see what they can do for you. They might be capable of block that one number for free. Of course, that won't stop him from calling you on other phone lines. If worse comes to worse, you might just have to renovate your number.

But seriously i would telephone ATT and ask them what you could do and even possibly call the police and see if they know anyway to block his calls and text.

AT&T have a service where you pay monthly and you can next control who can text / call you...Call AT&T and they will make clear to you all about the service.
No, no way that is decisive. I recommend changing your number. It's free from most companies (I think) though it is a pain to distribute your new one to all your (not-crazy) contacts.
