Is the g1 google phone going to be unlocked next to any other carrier excluding t-mobile?
if so... would it be with Verizon Wireless?
Answers: **The way this sounds is that u will want to be a T-Mobile customer for 90 days and after that they will unlock your phone to use with another carrier (Verizon, Sprint). My suggestion would be if you know somebody near T-Mobile have them with the G1 on their sketch, and then after the 90 days, they can give you the phone to use near another carrier. Hope this helps
T-Mobile branded phones operating on the T-Mobile net may only use T-Mobile SIM cards. To use a T-Mobile branded phone on another wireless carrier's network near a non-T-Mobile SIM card, you must first request a "SIM Unlock" code from T-Mobile. Conversely, if you have a phone from another North American wireless carrier, you may obligation to request a "SIM Unlock" code from that carrier before human being able to use a T-Mobile SIM card on the T-Mobile network.
* SIM Unlock Codes will solely be provided after your account has be active for 90 days. Only one unlock code may be provided per customer every 90 days.
