Looking for the right cell phone to bring, suggestions please?

I'm really having difficulty deciding (so plentiful touch screen phones coming out since the iPhone) and I want to get as oodles suggestions and/or ideas before i jump out and buy.

Preferably I'd like something with a built contained by planner thingy, like a PDA, at least megapixel camera (1-5 mp), mp3 player (must hold good memory!), web surfing capabilites and I don`t know even dual sim.

Any suggestions?
Touch Screen phones would be nice, but do remember the above specifications...
Also, Dual Sim phones would be a big plus, as my current phone is a dual sim with built in mp3 player, VGA camera and video recorder (crappy quality), and TV.

Lastly: I can't afford to bring an iPhone. I only use prepaid sims.
