Nokia 6300 claims the .jar directory is 'too big to be installed' when there's plenty space. Help?

I'm trying to install some games on my phone (a Nokia 6300), which are about 1MB each, and .jar files which from what I can notify should be compatible with a Nokia 6300. I also have in the region of 2MB of space left on the Phone's Memory, as well as nearly 230MB on the extra Memory Card, so it *should* install. However, when I either try and install the application or transfer the report to the phone to install via the Nokia PC Suite, I get an error telling me the 'file is too large', on the other hand there's definately more than enough space.

Can anyone help?

Answers:
I enjoy that phone and I know exactly what you say.unfortunately Nokia 6300 can run java software beside size less than about 1 Mb (or less).that's because its java platform reworked copy.you need to change your phone if you want to install software next to no limitation

Is the Samsung D520 a accurate phone..

just tranfer it next to data cable in memory card.
