Please facilitate me stop my 3 UK (three) contract rash?

I have a Three contract which is an 18 month contract. It expires in September subsequent year but I really cannot stand them anymore. The coverage is crap, the customer services is crap and the network is crap. I always loose my 3g signal when on the phone and procure transferred to Oranges 2g network and have a awful signal. I pay cheque lb5 a month for the unlimited mobile internet and it always used to work no matter what signal I have, now it only works if I hold 3g. I know its not my phone cause when I tried my sim card in another 3g phone I have the same problem, infact the call dropping be worse than my N95 8gb at the moment. What can I do to get out of it. I researched a bit and found that if I have a winge at them roughly speaking changing there costs I might be capable of get out of my contract. However the only costs I could focus of is that they are now going to start charging if you want to have daily bills sent to you. Am I right in saying this and/or is here anything else I can do? I cannot stand this network and as soon as I can end my contract they will never capture another penny out of my pocket. Please help, easy 10 point best answer for the party that can help me the most.

The only way to come out of the contract impulsive, is to pay off any remaining months you hold left.

So if you have 11 months remaining, multiply 11 by your monthly charge, and take-home pay that amount off.

It's not the answer you want to hear but I'm afraid you can't without paying an early termination allowance (which will be the monthly line rental from now until the conclude of your contract minus the VAT). Unless you have no signal whatsoever and are literaly entirely incapable of using it ever, then they simply wont tolerate you out :S

My partner and I both successfully cancelled contracts early with three around 2 months ago. We received correspondence from 3 saying that they are increasing their non-direct debit charge from lb3 to lb4 a month and they are charging lb1 a month for paper bills (which used to be free). We also discovered that they are rounding up the 1st minute of every hail as, so a call lasting smaller number than a minute (e.g. 20 seconds) will be charged as a 1 minute call. We argued that this was "an undeserved increase that put us at a contractual disadvantage", which gave us a right to cancel our contracts impulsive, giving them 30 days notice. If you received this letter, you can use matching argument to cancel. Take note, though, that it is a 30 sunshine notice, meaning you will enjoy to stay for another month; you can't just walk away today. I'm trying to put an end to another contract the same way, but I haven't received my notification, so I'm struggling. I haven't given up though. Hang on in there and hold fighting. sorry but...its a contract...contract = you have to settle up all the 18 months, you could do what a mate of mine did, he got pissed rotten with 3 and decided to report his sim card stolen, how dumb i kno... so yh.. he didnt use his sim card ever and told 3 that he have lost his sim card and so 3 didnt charge him for that month but 3 sent him a new sim card, so yh..u cnt get bad 3 but u can miss a months worth of bill paying

You can't literally get out of a contract you signed mate, thats the point of a contract.

Unfortunately 3 is all right known for just how crap they are, it is an abysmal and expensive service.

The lone thing you can do is complain, complain and complain some more, then threaten them near just leaving because you are not getting the service you settle up for, then just undo payments with your bank and dont use it anymore. They will threaten you beside court, but you will have a strong case within standing your ground and saying you will quite gladly pay again when you get the service you expect when you signed the contract. I used this tactic beside my old gym and they backed down from court and I get out of it.
