I have ATT. Hopefully i'll be able to grasp an upgrade soon since my phone got water ruin and I had to buy a cheap phone to hold me over.
I started my contract in decemeber.
How do I know when Im eligiable for an upgrade.
Do I win the new phone for free? Or at a contract price?
And do I have to turn within my current phone?

Usually ATT allows upgrading about 4 months before your contract expires (for 2 year contracts). You can check if you are (or when you will be) eligible for upgrade online by logging into your justification or by calling customer service. Usually the phone price for contract extension is slightly higher than what it is with a alien account. Depending on the phone you get, it can be free or may own to pay a discounted price. Though don't buy it directly from ATT as their prices are always complex. Amazon and wirefly have much better pricing.
well if you enjoy insurance on the phone then they should replace your phone for free, call them up and ask them, they should be capable of do something for you.
