Need advice on how to reset the passwords so as i can do a factory restore? I got the phone second mitt. Only to find out that there are some of the software futures unavailable. So i tried to do a factory restore. But no event what password i put in. It would not except it. I have tried 1234. 12345. 0000. Can someone assist? many thanks.
Answers: My proposal would be to try doing a software update and see if that restores the passwords to the security password (123450 to its default settings - may also sort out the software problem.
