Ok I just got a prepaid sims card and put it contained by a razor. I got the starting paraphernalia which was like 35 dollars for 60 min.. I a moment ago want to know if i can text? Will it cost me extra money, if so how much a text?

Texting cost money, it's better to buy an add on like to bring back unlimited texting that cost a certain amount per month thats what i have beside my phone but it's not T mobile contact your phone company and see what offers are available
Dial *611, select Additional Options, afterwards select the option for calling plans and features and follow the prompts for changing open features. I own T-mobile prepaid and the pink razr.
It costs 10 cents(about 1 minute) to send a text, and 5 cents(about a minute) to recieve a essay.
This is what I would do, I would check how many minutes I have since I send the text by dialing #999# and looking how several minutes I have, then after I transport or recieve the text check #999# again and see how many minutes it go down.
texting is extra if it is tracfone .30 minutes and att is 5 cents hope it helps
