what do you think the word 'best' way? are you looking for a simple phone that has a lot of standard features?
are you looking for a smartphone beside a lot of features?
is a camera important too you? is music more historic? do you watch more movies then you listen to music?
are you looking for an confident to use phone?
would you sacrifice durability for a big screen?
no phone combines all of those things surrounded by your price range.
spend about lb400-lb600 and consequently thats a different story.
so i can just give you a brief overview.
within your price range(i am assuming in new condition), if youre looking for a reliable phone that have many features (although isnt easy to learn), afterwards check the nokia e51. Its packed with features (wifi, agps, full bluetooth profile, local skype program, push/pop email). it does have a small screen compared to most phones out in attendance (240x320=50mm). the camera is terrible though. (run about lb150-175ish)
if a big peak is more important then sleekness, check out the nokia n95's. they sport a 72mm eyeshade and have a slew of features. 5mp camera with lead flash/auto focus, wifi, gps, skype, flash enabled internet browser. they start about lb200
if youre looking for an easy to use phone that is to say pretty decent in jargon of reliability and call quality, check the sony ericsson w580.
it lacks plentiful features of the two previous phones, but has an easy to use UI and are rather reliable.
If youre looking for a straight business phone with a full qwerty keyboard, later look at the blackberry pearl. nice size screen, pretty thin covering, wifi, agps, nice buttons. they run about lb100
