TMOBILE/SLIDEKICK SLIDE QUESTION! PLEASEE HELP 10 pts.!?

okay so we have been a tmobile customer for give or take a few 15 years now and we have be completely happy with it
UNTIL i bought the sidekick slide
i guess i lost my mind or something that time because i bought it without warranty and full price so i wouldnt have to extend my contract
next when i came home i found out that it turns off, erases my contacts,blind goes black but noises still come,eyeshade goes black and no noises at adjectives,half the screen turns different colors and vibrate and turns off...

we went to tmobile and they told us in attendance is nothing they can do becuz we dont have warranty

any tips? my bday is contained by a couple weeks and i would like a working phone but i dont want to make my mom pay packet all that money cuz of my stupid mistake..im getting charged for all these plans and i dont even use my phone anymore..literally..

Do you hold insurance? Because if you do call them and get a claim. You could also sign up for insurance. It may be extra money, but contained by this case you won't have to spend hundreds of dollars on getting it replaced. T-mobile I find, is really caustic with this sort of stuff as well as their customer service. Also, you should probably swtich phones as this one isn't probably a obedient phone.
