Whats a correct cellphone plan for a 13 Year prehistoric youngster?

I can't decide what plan would be good for a cellphone.

Can I reduce some of theese things, to get the plan cheaper?

Anytime Miniuts : 450, I don't need that many! I'll course book more then call, I want around 150 P/Month.

Week End Miniuts 5,000 - WAAAY To much, I one and only need like 1,000 agan, I record more then chat.

Unlimited Texting is a 20$ addition.

But, nil roaming charges,FREE LONG DISTANCE :D I have long distance friends.
2 year Contract.

Three-Way Calling
Call Forwarding
Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Calling
Caller ID
Call Waiting
Basic Voice Mail
Long Distance


It totals out 60$ for the plan, but from the reduced stuff I want, can I do it and how much do you think the plan will be? Thanks so much!

i wouldnt recommend AT&T. (i get overcharged WAY too much
but if your state has cricket wireless (you can also go online)
you find everything unlimited

unlimited text & pic msging
unlimited wireless web (some plans dont include wireless web)
unlimited anytime minutes (day and night)

but the phones are a bit expensive
cheapest week plan is $18 a week
cheapest monthly plan is approaching $25

all you do is pay for the phone and your righteous. 1st month is free and no activation fee
