i have indistinguishable problem. i have a razr, and i abhor it. but ive had it for around a year and 5 months, so i go to the verizon store and asked them. the guy there said for primary lines:after 18 months and for inferior lines 20 months. so if you really wanted the phone in a minute it would cost you full price, no discounts, so around 350$. hope that helped
