So at the beginning of the summer I got my Red Samsung Juke drizzly and the buttons were messed up and it was malfunctioning. I hold the $6 or $7 insurance from Verizon that I pay monthly for. When I took it up there they replaced within just a few hours with a modern Red Juke for free. However, yesterday my phone got washed surrounded by the washing machine and it won't work. Will they do matching thing again?
