What age do you have to be, and do they charge you activation fee when you elicit it (Like once you get your phone) or on your coming up bill?

Basically to carry a contract you need a credit rating... So i guess a job; a sandbank account; and a credit card
If you dont have one; you stipulation a deposit of $500 i think? or maybe more
Because on contracts the first 1-3 monts are unlimited calling depending on down your agreement
1 month per year of agreement
1 month = 1 year
2months free = 2 years
