what you are seeing is a psp iphone portal. its basically a flash program that simply looks resembling something. there are ones for window vista, windows xp, mac, ps3, you signature it it exists.

Yea, it's basically a skin and basically for cosmetics. You can't replace a true iPhone yet, and remember it's a phone - something PSP hasn't be hacked to do, even so.
