The iPhone is exclusive to AT&T for five years. After that it may be made availible to other carrier, if they want it. I'd imagine that apple won't be comparatively as demanding after all that time but they still may want satisfactory of a cut that the other carriers aren't interested.
honest question. Iphone will eventually be available to other networks to seizure more market share, the plea they tested it with one web to see if they could get more users to att. If they do they can enjoy more leverage to offer on other networks. Also the point they dropped the price was to occupation more market, within are alot of phones in the price extent they dropped to, it is a ploy to get more marketplace share. they are very calculated moves and an attempt to seizure market share by keeping the buzz hi. if they be available accross the board the buss would die down but with respectively network release they receive in the word. very smart but frustrating for the consumer
The iPhone is a GSM band phone, so the availability of it is base on what providers in your nouns have a GSM competent network.
i expect that it will because people hold been hack into them and making it possible for the iphones to be used on other carriers. it wont be too long back Apple finally does it for all the iphones.
