IPhone SDK Help?
I downloaded SDK Beta 4 (the newest) and it finished, but now what do I do? It is a .dmg folder and it does nothing. How do I start it to become a program? What is everything I need to do? I can try to do the coding myself though.

The iPhone SDK is with the sole purpose for Mac OS X, since all it contains is a bunch of APIs, runtimes, and libraries. The actual program that uses it is Mac individual, which hasn't been ported (and cannot, since it's closed source).
As for the coding fragment, while you're saving up to get hold of a Mac, learn Objective-C and Cocoa. It's Mac's inventive and probably most difficult programming language compared to C, C++, C#, Java, etc.
Also, read the iPhone programming documentation and such. By the time you swot it all, you would hold saved ample for a Mac =P
