I hear they drop the price on a iphone (which is GREAT).But formerly I buy it do they still charge you for using the web, even if is a Wi-Fi arranged computer?

Home wi-fi or hotspot wi-fi is free.
Home wi-fi can be a router (best) or internet sharing on a laptop on mac.Well yes they will charge you if you are trying to use the web surrounded by a place where nearby is no free wi-fi. But if your in a place beside free wi-fi your good to do. hoe this help
